We had breakfast this morning and were not disappointed. Our eggs were made to perfection by Apprentice Chef Sean and the meal was topped off with Polenta Chips and a great coffee. The staff are so friendly and we were looked after by the lovely Mary. On top of a delicious breakfast, I was able to do a bit of shopping to take home. They have a huge selection of wines, pantry foods and gifts. I highly recommend Mercato and will be going back for more!
Mercato, both their deli section and the cafe are superb!
Huge range of specialty Italian ingredients, condiments, kitchen appliances and fresh food. It’s pricey but because you’re getting the best quality! Come get your Italian meats, cheeses and freshly baked bread here.
From the cafe, my go-to food are the thick bread style pizzas. Very filling, tasty, generous size serving.
There is a large array of sweets to try as well. We had the lemon curd tart, flourless chop plate tart, cannoli and tiramisu. It gets busy here on weekends so you might need to wait for a table in the mornings.
I’ve also ordered food from them for catering in the past and it was fantastic. Wonderful platters! Highly recommend

Their products are seriously first class, super fresh, and bursting with flavour. Staff are super friendly, helpful and always with a smile. The smell of coffee, baked breads, cheeses slaps you in the face as you walk in, enticing your senses and making you feel welcome as though you have been invited over to a friend's house for dinner.

Late mid week lunch.
We had a lovely glass of processo to start with two gorgeous salads! one was tuna, salsa Verde and potatoes so delicious and the other witlof, prosciutto, peach and goats cheese.....divine !!! The combination was
delicious!!!!
Only problem was we were too full to have dessert!! The cakes looked divine!
I drove a lovely group of people here for morning tea.
They said the selection of cakes was excellent.
I went inside and bought coffee and dukkah.
There is a large range of grocery items there too.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
You can stay for lunch too if you prefer.
I definitely recommend coming here for the experience.
Honestly the best coffee I’ve ever had. The service is lovely and the food is unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. A true, authentic, Italian experience. Can’t wait to come back!
Dropped in for Spritz n snacks. Great drink menu for aperol spritz and negronis. Pizzas and food are good for per person and are delicious! Service can be hit n miss, but the guy at the register is amazing and looked after us.

I used to shop here often. Their deli selection has always been excellent. Back then, this was a good old Italian grocery store, prices were reasonable and there was no cafe section at the back. …
Great coffee and food. Staff amazing waitresses happy and very helpful. Will certainly be back and strongly recommend but book it's very popular 5 stars
